The Automatic Packaging system is an electronic controller used to automate the process of a packaging machine. In a packaging industry, parameters like Heat Time, Package move time and other related timings decide the good packing. Such timing requirements are easily met using the automatic packaging system. The unit also accounts the number of packets or packages completed. The count can also be reset for a days account or for a particular order's count.

The unit includes two inputs to sense availability of material and intelligence to sense the power fail. The unit provides 8 different digital outputs based on the set time to automate the packaging process. The PWM based drive signal smoothens the AC motor start.
